Hi, question for boffins,
I have the ser v and am a bit confused at having a overdrive relay (thingmegig) in engine. Doe,s this mean I have overdrive in 3rd / 4th gears ?.
Just intrested as I am busy renovating (mostly welding, surprise). Hope to be ready for May 08.
P.S where do we get best prices on Exhausts.

Hi Jock.

Overdrives on Series Vs have a stalk on the left side of the steering column. Click on and click off on gears 3 and 4. Reduces revs. by 400.
The gear box has a bit added on and the prop shaft is shorter.

Make sure it clicks out of OD BEFORE SELECTING REVERSE!!!

Exhausts. See the dealers listed on the club's web site. Click LINKS on the menu.
